The cabin had to have a new oven. On one of Jakob Hjelle's fantastic woodcuts of the interior of the cabin during the war, the original stove is almost photographically reproduced.
We posted a picture and wish on Finn.no to buy such an oven. After 1 hour, a guy from Oslo called and said that this was a so-called wooden stove that was of great use in timber bunks until the 50s. The tops are deep and take long skis in addition they have thin goods, so they were relatively easy to carry to the mountains.
